Financial Policies

We want to offer the greatest convenience to our patients which is why we offer many ways for you to plan for your treatment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, we offer CareCredit as a dental financing option.

New Patients

At Concord Lexington Periodontics, we always welcome new patients. If you are interested in becoming a new patient or simply want to learn more about how we can help your unique case, please fill out and submit the Book an Appointment form below and indicate you are a new patient. Once received, we will promptly contact you to discuss your needs, answer any questions you might have, and book an appointment for you if needed.
